To reflect our confidence in the quality of our pillows, NiceSleep offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below:

✅ Coverage Includes:

This limited warranty covers the following:

  • Major manufacturing defects that affect the normal use of the pillow, under non-human-caused conditions

  • Significant product issues reported within 7 days of receiving the product (e.g., serious damage or wrong item received)

❌ Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Normal aging or wear and tear from regular use

  • Slight softening or color changes over time

  • Damage due to sun exposure, high temperature, water immersion, heavy pressure, or damp environments

  • Natural latex oxidation, cracks, surface stains, or odors that are not structural issues

  • Personal preference issues (e.g., “too soft” or “not suitable”)

  • Lack of valid purchase proof or purchase from unauthorized channels

📌 Additional Clauses:

  1. Pillows are considered personal hygiene items and are non-refundable and non-returnable once sold.

  2. We reserve the right to reject any unreasonable, abusive, or dishonest warranty claims.

  3. NiceSleep reserves the final right of interpretation for this warranty policy.

🛠️ Warranty Claim Process:

  • Customers must provide their order number and clear photos of the issue via official customer support

  • All claims are subject to team evaluation and verification

  • If the claim is valid, we will offer repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution

  • If the original model is discontinued, we will provide an alternative product of equivalent value
